There is nothing in life that is compared to a miraculous healing. One can take a couple of pills and find relieve or go through a procedure at the hospital or medical office and it is good, but it can not be compared to a divine healing. When a person experiences a divine healing many changes other then the healing occur that become evident in that person. For example, there is a change in the mind set thinking of a person that experiences divine healing; he\/she becomes passionately attracted to God. When we go to a doctor and he\/she is able to pinpoint a diagnosis in us, we say he is a good doctor and we classify him as our doctor. And, when something affects our physical state of being the way a divine healing does it creates a powerful attraction to the source of healing; God. Depending on ones heart, that is how sensitive it is, it is how he\/she will react to a healing. Ezekiel said “I will give you a new heart<\/b> and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart<\/b> of<\/b> stone and give you a heart<\/b> of<\/b> flesh<\/b>” (Eze36:26). When ones heart is in the process of changing at divine healing will become that changing agent to transform that heart. So, the question for you is, what would you do if you were divinely healed? How would you react?  <\/strong><\/p>\n

Jesus Heals a Man With Leprosy Mark 1:40-43<\/span><\/h3>\n

40 <\/sup>A man with leprosyh<\/a>]”>[h<\/a>]<\/sup> came to him and begged him on his knees, \u201cIf you are willing, you can make me clean.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

41 <\/sup>Jesus was indignant.i<\/a>]”>[i<\/a>]<\/sup> He reached out his hand and touched the man. \u201cI am willing,\u201d<\/span> he said. \u201cBe clean!\u201d<\/span><\/span> 42 <\/sup>Immediately the leprosy left him and he was cleansed.<\/span><\/p>\n

43 <\/sup>Jesus sent him away at once with a strong warning:<\/span> 44 <\/sup>\u201cSee that you don\u2019t tell this to anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for your cleansing, as a testimony to them.\u201d<\/span><\/span> 45 <\/sup>Instead he went out and began to talk freely, spreading the news. As a result, Jesus could no longer enter a town openly but stayed outside in lonely places. Yet the people still came to him from everywhere.<\/span><\/p>\n

God wants us to be healed (Jer33:6, 17:14). He wants to heal our land (2Chr7:14). As in the times of Elisha in 2 Kings 2:19-22 when the waters of the land caused death and were ill that the people tapped into God’s heart to see if he would heal them, and sure enough he did; so will he heal our land and our people.  This man’s inquiry is like we are at this stage and age, does God want to heal us. He tapped into the heart of God towards his will for man kind, and he asked Jesus “If you are willing, you can make me clean”. Jesus came for that very purpose to heal and to save humanity, and so he could not pass this opportunity to heal this fellow. After Jesus finished preaching and healing many of the sick he came went to heal the sick family of his disciples. Peter’s mother in-law was in bed with a high fever and he came and took her by the hand and the fever left her (Mt8:14-15). One of the questions that comes to mind is, why did Jesus strongly warn him to not tell anyone, but to go and offer the sacrifice that Moses commanded (Lev 14:1-4)? The impact of this healing was so great on this man’s life that he began speaking to everyone he came across, and it was so that Jesus could no longer minister in this land because of it. But, that was just in this land that his witnessing impacted and for that time, but if he had gone to the priest and followed what Jesus had commanded him his testimony would have done a great impact for generations. <\/p>\n
